An interesting challenge; the College needs to maintain communication with two audiences who have differing expectations and motivations for education. The resulting integrated marketing plan aims to speak to both 16-19 year olds and adults separately about what the college can offer, without putting the other audience off. Not easy!
Coalition: Reviewed and audited current marketing activity and media plan, and recommended alternative marketing activity to achieve their objectives. Coalition occasionally provides marketing support on an ad hoc basis.

Dovedale Counselling Ltd provides employee assistance programmes to the corporate market. We worked with Dovedale Counselling on the launch of a new consumer focused company, face2face counselling ltd, which launched in July 2007 and offers private, tailored professional counselling.
Coalition: Project managed the development of a corporate identity & interactive website plus e-marketing campaigns for the launch of the product.

Gorgeous Things Limited has identified a niche in the art market, which demands beautifully framed limited edition prints. Their website highlights key artists, with a select range changing throughout the seasons. Gorgeous Things Limited also provides consultancy in selecting appropriate art for your home and your office environment.
Coalition: Development of a full marketing strategy and communications plan to support the launch of the website.
Green on Red provides IT solutions for small businesses. With a philosophy that IT should not hold a business back, but seamlessly help to drive the business forward, Green on Red provides an unusual, long-term approach compared to its competitors.
Coalition: Development of a full marketing strategy and communications plan plus implementation support and marketing management.
Latham IT provides web and application development solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. They provide webmaster resources to businesses which recognise the importance of the web within their business, but don’t have the know-how to manage the resource themselves. Latham IT develops bespoke applications and software for numerous industries.
Coalition: Developed a marketing strategy to manage and maintain its profile within its marketplace and develop the webmaster service. Coalition continues to provide ad hoc marketing support.
London City Airport is situated in the Docklands, on the edge of the City of London. Serving over 30 commercial and financial centres in Europe, with over 13 airlines, including British Airways, SAS, VLM, CityJet for AirFrance, Lufthansa and KLM, the Airport specialises in the business travel market
Coalition: Project managed the development of a limited availability leisure product for off peak flights.
Riomay is a market leader in renewable energy solutions, renowned in the commercial sector for its reputation as the most efficient evacuated-tube solar energy in the world.
Coalition: Provided a marketing strategy which identified market development opportunities for the next 2-3 years, in line with the company’s business plan. Also provided a marketing communications plan for the launch of a new consumer product.
The South Coast Design Forum (SCDF) was set up in 2006 to bring designers together to create a centre for design excellence on the south coast of England. Identified by a cluster of design businesses around the Chichester area, the SCDF is expanding to encompass all the towns on the south coast, between Brighton and Portsmouth.
Coalition: Developed a marketing strategy for the Forum for its member communications, and provided project management and marketing support for Chi Loft; a design centre initiative in Chichester, led by SCDF. Coalition continues to provide strategic guidance and meeting facilitation for the Forum on an ongoing basis.

Stonepillow (previously Christian Care Association) provides shelter and support for the homeless in the region of Chichester and Bognor Regis, West Sussex. By providing positive support for those who find themselves on the margin of society, Stonepillow helps them to re-create a life for themselves.
Coalition: Development of a marketing strategy and plan of action and provided ongoing marketing management. Supported the charity through a name change and rebrand, including the launch of a new website.
Sussex County Cricket Club is one of the oldest cricket clubs in the country and has recently gone through a restructure. Refocusing on its branding and image, the cricket club is in the process of implementing a new marketing strategy
Coalition: Supported the marketing manager with the development of a 12 month marketing activity plan, in line with the club strategy.
Sussex Partnership is the provider of mental health services for the county of Sussex, East, West and Brighton and Hove. Having recently restructured and with the governmental shift towards NHS Trusts and hospitals marketing themselves, the Trust has been implementing a news marketing strategy over the last 12 months. In August 2008, the Trust was granted Foundation Trust status, resulting in more autonomy in the development and provision of services.
Coalition: Provided management support for the marketing and communications team, and lead the implementation of the marketing strategy during the first 4 months.

The Ship, Chichester has just come under new management and completed a full refurbishment of its interior. As the most obvious place to eat, drink, sleep and relax in Chichester, The Ship wanted to spread its message.
Coalition: Development of a marketing strategy for the newly rebranded venue and plan of action for its promotional activity, plus provision of ad hoc marketing management.
Transtrac is a web-based credit management application which helps businesses of any size manage their cashflow. It works as a standalone application, can integrate with Sage or Quickbooks or a bespoke solution can be created to integrate with more sophisticated systems. The application is designed to make managing cashflow easier and more effective and the application acts as a data back up should other systems fail.
Coalition: Developed a marketing strategy to bring the product to market and to manage and maintain its profile within the marketplace. Coalition also provided implementation support.
